Pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2019 sampai dengan 23 Oktober 2019 yang lalu, telah diadakan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa (LDKS) atau dapat disebut dengan Latihan Kepemimpinan Tingkat Lanjut (LKTL) OSIS/MPK SMK Strada Budi Luhur Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan pengurus OSIS/MPK periode 2019/2020, serta menjalin hubungan kerjasama yang baik agar mereka dapat siap untuk memimpin organisasi di sekolah. Kegiatan ini mengangkat tema “Menjadi Pemimpin yang Berhikmat” yang berlandaskan pada 5 nilai dasar Strada yaitu: Pelayanan, Kejujuran, Kedisiplinan, Kepedulian, dan Keunggulan.
Pada hari pertama, kegiatan dibuka dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Strada dan Mars OSIS. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan sambutan oleh Ibu Dra. CM. Fajarsasi selaku Kepala SMK Strada Budi Luhur. Setelah kata sambutan, terdapat beberapa materi yang disampaikan. Materi pertama dibawakan oleh Bpk. Aegidius Sunusmo, M.Pd, ELT dengan judul “One for All All for One”. Di sini kami diberitahukan sifat apa saja yang dibutuhkan untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin. Kami juga diajak untuk bermain games “Magic Straw” dan “Piramida Gelas”. Dalam games ini kami mendapat banyak pelajaran, diantaranya berpikir optimis, kerjasama, pantang menyerah, tidak egois, berpikir sebelum bertindak, dan masih banyak lagi. Materi kedua dibawakan oleh Bpk. Antonius Martono dengan judul “Teknik Penyusunan Proposal dan Laporan”, setelah itu materi terakhir dibawakan oleh Bpk. Yohanes Triyanta dan Ibu Rusdwiana dengan judul “Struktur dan Penyusunan Program Kerja OSIS”.
Atas : Ibu Dra. C.M. Fajarsasi membuka LDKS OSIS tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Tengah : Bpk. Aegidius Sunusmo, M.Pd, ELT, memberikan materi tentang team work. Bawah : Para peserta LDKS bermain magic straw yang dipandu oleh Bpk. Aegidius.
Pada hari kedua, materi pertama dibawakan oleh Bpk. Yohanes Triyanta dan Ibu Rusdwiana. Kami diminta untuk mempresentasikan hasil program kerja OSIS yang telah disusun. Materi kedua masih dibawakan oleh Bpk. Yohanes Triyanta dengan judul “Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ)”. Dalam materi ini kami mendapat pengetahuan seputar LPJ kemudian kami juga melakukan simulasi LPJ, sehingga pada akhir periode nanti kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Selanjutnya kami mengadakan evaluasi setelah 2 hari melaksanakan kegiatan LDKS/LKTL ini.
Atas : Bpk. Yohanes Triyanta memandu penyusuan agenda kegiatan OSIS periode 2019/2020. Tengah : Ketua OSIS bersama dengan anggotanya melakukan penyusunan agenda kerja. Bawah : Presentasi dari setiap bidang kerja OSIS.
Kegiatan ditutup oleh Ibu Agnes Situmorang selaku Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan dan Sarana Prasarana.
Diharapkan setelah diadakannya kegiatan ini, pengurus OSIS/MPK Periode 2019/2020 dapat mengemban tugas dan amanat yang diberikan dengan penuh tanggungjawab, serta dapat menjalankan visi misi sekolah SMK Strada Budi Luhur dengan maksimal.
Ibu Agnes Situmorang memberi peneguhan sekaligus memimpin upacara penutup LDKS OSIS SMK Strada Budi Luhur.
